GemuwO provides infrastructure news, analysis, and reports focused on Singapore's urban development projects. Our services include:

• Weekly infrastructure digests

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you exit from your account at the end of each session

4. Subscription Terms

Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GemuwO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your login credentials with others

6. User Content

Users may submit content including comments, feedback, and suggestions. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
